A Reiki monthly membership is a commitment to yourself and your healing through regular energy healing sessions all while remaining in the comfort of your own home. And better yet, it's at the fraction of the price of an in-person session!
All Reiki sessions are completed distantly on the same day each week. Energy is sent distantly, meaning there is no expectation for you to be sitting or lying down when receiving. You will be notified when the session is complete as you will receive the intuitive guidance through a voice message via email.

What is Reiki?
Reiki - meaning Universal Healing Energy - is a gentle energy modality that was created in Japan and has been used by practitioners around the world to bring balance to body and mind. It has been known to:

- Balance the nervous system, thus reducing stress
- Reduce pain and other physical dis-ease in the body
- Improve mood (decreases anxiety, anger and depression)
- Align people with their life purpose
- Release stagnant / blocked energy and traumas that are holding us back from living a joyous life
-Bring more pleasure and ease into life
Who is it for?
Our Reiki monthly memberships are for those who:
- are new or experienced Reiki recipients
-want to create lasting transformation in life and embody these learnings
- have a history of trauma and desire to release the stories of the past so to live a life of freedom
-want another way to embody and integrate psychedelic / plant medicine experiences
- are curious as to what else Reiki can contribute to life
-want to improve their mood, manage illness/dis-ease and balance the energy systems in the body, mind and spirit.
Receiving Reiki means you are allowing yourself to recenter and see the possibilities life has to offer.
How it Works.
Reiki works by crossing time and space as it involves the practitioner channeling healing energy to the recipient. This means it doesn't matter where you are, you will receive the benefits of each session. Reiki clears the energy channels, releasing any stagnant energy. When our energy channels are open we are better able to align with what the Universe has in store and do so with much more ease and clarity.
With the monthly membership, you are given the option to receive distant Reiki in:
- 1 monthly session,
- 2 biweekly sessions, or
- 4 weekly sessions
Each session is 30 minutes and done remotely, specifically for you!
After each session you will receive a personalized message filled with intuitive guidance from that session. This may come in the form of words, channeled messages, card/rune pulls, or sound/music/song.
MY STORY
A little about me...
The name is Fola - As a Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, and Psychiatric Nurse, I love sharing Reiki and other magickal practices with folks as they heal trauma wounds and step into their personal power.
Reiki completely transformed my life back after my first session in 2016. At the time I had difficulties speaking my truth and expressing authenticity. I was hiding behind old beliefs of religious dogma, fears based on lack of trust in men and the universe, and wanting to people please ALL THE TIME!
If you were to ask me back in 2016 if I thought I'd see myself sharing and teaching Reiki with others, I would have told you, you were very mistaken.
Yet here we are!
Since having a regular Reiki practice I have found life has a shine to it! My core wounds and trauma stories have shifted significantly and I know longer feel like a victim. And the best part is: I know I am in alignment with my life's sacred dream.
I wouldn't change what I know and what I've experienced for the world.
My hope is that everyone on this planet can experience the benefits of Reiki at least once in their lifetime!
