About your Host:

Fola Veritas of Deep Mind Squared is a psychiatric nurse, Shamanic practitioner and integration therapist who has worked over 11 years in mental health and addictions. Her focus is on supporting folks with integrating psychedelic, spiritual and traumatic life experiences. She blends modern therapy with energetic and ancestral healing approaches. She has personally used plant medicines to heal her own trauma and core wounds and continues to hold space for others to explore this from a harm-reductive and compassionate approach.
